As a parent working in Dubai, we understand the difficulties of finding a nanny who fits our family's specific needs and values. We searched for existing companies or communities that could help, but we found that the options available were lacking in both quality and reliability. That's why we decided to do something about it. We created Nannyclub, a free online community and referral site that makes it easy for families to find the ideal nanny.

So many options, yet none work

One of the biggest difficulties in finding a nanny is finding someone with the right level of experience. Not only do you want someone who has experience in childcare, but you also want someone who understands the unique needs of children living in this region. This can be especially challenging for expat families, who may have different parenting styles and expectations than local families.

Trust is everything

Another major challenge is finding someone with the right character traits for your family. As a parent, you want a nanny who is kind, patient, and trustworthy. Unfortunately, with so many horror stories circulating about nannies who have left their jobs without notice or mistreated the children in their care, it can be hard to know who to trust.

Another story that we often hear is about the nanny leaving the job without telling the family or the employer, this is not only causing inconvenience to the family, but also it is a sign of disrespect and unprofessionalism. Moreover, mistrust can ruin the relationship between the employer and the nanny, especially when the nanny is taking care of your most valuable things, your children.

Instead, our focus is on making the process of finding a nanny better for all families. We thoroughly vet each nanny before adding them to our site, and we only work with nannies who have the right level of experience for the families in our community.
